RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Hachem accepts refunds of products without penalty for a period of 10 days and for exchanges a period of 30 days following the delivery of your package.
It is important to show the receipt that you received, as well as the product (s), in their original packaging and unused.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for the following products: projectors, magazines, spray cans, pens, markers, books, clearance products and final sale, gift cards, special orders and custom framing purchased from Hachem (in-store and online)
IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To be entitled for a refund you must show your receipt, as well as the product (s) in their original packaging and unused, at the cash desk.
Products purchased online are exchangeable and refundable in store.
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To return or refund a product, please contact our customer service at service.commandes@hachem.com our advisers will guide you through the steps for returning your package.

The merchandise must be returned with their receipt.
Once the returned item (s) are received and inspected at our distribution center, we will send you a confirmation email. Then, any amount charged for the product (s) will be credited on your credit card.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Hachem commits to cover the shipping fees in the following cases. In other cases, you will be responsible for the cost and risks of delivering the products.
- You did not receive the product (s) you ordered
- You received a defective item, it can be exchanged
- The item you received was damaged during delivery
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fees will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you’re returning.

REFUNDS
For any information related to your refund contact our customer service at service.commandes@hachem.com, to facilitate the process, please joint your order number.
A delay of 2 to 5 working days must be considered after the refund approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

At Hachem, no additional delivery fees could be charged to you regardless of the delivery distance, weight or size of the product (s) ordered on hachem.com
DELIVERY CARRIER USED BY HACHEM
Hachem use several carriers to provide you the safest and fastest delivery services.
Delivery times
All orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days after receiving the payment.
However, if the product (s) ordered are out of stock at Hachem or the supplier, the delivery time may differ. In this case, a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Store delivery is always free.
Select the "In-store pickup" option when ordering and choose one of our available stores. A member of our team will contact you when your order is ready.
To collect your package at the designated location, you must show your order confirmation email and a valid ID. A member of our team will ask for a signature to validate the pick-up.
