Levels of membership
#L'EXPLORATION
Start the Hachem experience with the #L'EXPLORATION level.
Earn points on all your in-store and online purchases while enjoying exclusive member promotions.

#L'ENGAGÉ
While your needs evolve over time, and you visit us every week? This membership level could be for you! The #L'ENGAGÉ level requires a minimum annual purchase of $1,000 or more, which qualifies you for a 10% discount on everything except special orders and custom orders.
Just like the previous level, you're eligible for our exclusive promotions and earn points on all your in-store and online purchases.
#L'ENGAGÉ
Are you a frequent customer of Hachem's and have we practically become your second home? Then this level is for you. Earn points on all your purchases and benefit from exclusive member promotions.
In addition, we've devised two sub-levels to better meet your business needs.
- When you reach an annual minimum purchase of $2,000 or more, get 15% off everything except special orders and custom orders.
- When you reach an annual minimum purchase of $4,000 or more, get a 20% discount on everything except special orders and custom orders.

To understand the value of the points accumulated on each dollar spent, here are some examples by percentage of points:
- 2% = when you spend $100, you'll earn $2.00 in points
- 5% = when you spend $100, you'll earn $5.00 in points
Please note that the annual purchase volumes mentioned below are based on a calendar year. Your level will be automatically reviewed at the beginning of each year.
